After spending a considerable amount of
time and effort looking for and comparing web hosting and
design
companies, we eventually decided upon Webanz. There were
a number of reasons for this. The main being value for
money. I simply couldn’t find a web hosting service
that offered so much for so little. Webanz is
extremely helpful and only a phonecall or email away. They
have helped me sort a couple of minor problems of my own
doing and personally taken me throught the setting up of
several aspects of the web site. As well as that, I have
full access to create any number of email accounts, mailing
list services, and a number of other powerful tools to

My business is completely Internet
based. I have no back-up disk or local
programme to fall back on. Downloads of my system are
very important to
ensure the reconstruction of my website should the
inexplicable happen. I have had very few hosting related
problems. Webanz have continually given
me
good
service with only one hiccup to date that was found
to be not caused by Webanz.
Webanz, at the time of this unfortunate even,t did
all they could to alleviate the problem and kept me
fully
up to date with the processes they had to follow.
Their charges are affordable and their service is caring and in this electronic age personal (which is hard to find).
I would go as far as saying that the only way I know
that Webanz are there
is that they send me a monthly invoice for the same
amount each month. To
me, that shows how good they are. For the 18 months
my business has been running, only one
hiccup is pretty good, I would say. All of their services
are easy to use and, if not, they are at hand as soon
as
required to assist wherever possible.
They will also be taking care of my domain name on
its expiry with the larger corporate registrars, who
would not allow me
to access my email via my mobile office
and Vodafone.
Webanz have very good price plans to allow all types
of access and service.
Use them or suffer being one of the many disgruntled
users of the larger corporates, or one of the many
small users chewing their fingers wondering why they
cannot get on to
their web page when they want to.
Me? I am very happy. And as far as I am concerned,
unless Webanz drop their service standards which I rate as high, I am here to
stay.
