Privacy Policy:
To perform some services, you may be required to supply us with personal information such as name, company, address and contact details etc in order to provide the service requested. We do not pass on this information to any third party, unless it is in the course of providing you with the service requested.
Webanz is committed to the privacy of our clients.
We collect certain information from clients for invoicing, administrative purposes, and for the services we provide our customers. This information is stored on our database and handled only by employees of Webanz (including sub-contrators and external service providers) for the fulfilling of our service to the customer. No information collected is provided to any third party for purpposes outside of this service. An exception to this is where a customer asks us to provide a service on their behalf, such as (but not limited to) registering a domain name. Customer details will then be supplied to and stored on that register’s database. Please be aware, domain registry database details are open for public viewing.
From time to time we receive inquiries for examples of sites hosted by our service. No information other than your site name will be provided to the individual making the inquiry. Personal information displayed on the client’s site is the responsibility of the client.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that only they or their authorized designees utilise their accounts. Suspected incidents of unauthorised use of a client account should be reported immediately to our Abuse Investigations department at abuse at Webanz dot com.
Cookies:
We use cookies to record session information such as for items that consumers add to their shopping cart, to customise web page content based on visitors' browser type, or other information that the visitor sends.
Spam and Email:
We have a zero tolerance for spam.
We do not send spam to anyone, and we do not tolerate our servers being used for spam. If you know of any abuse by sites using our servers, please contact us giving details:

Webanz reserves the right to send e-mails to clients for the following reasons as part of our service, and clients must accept this:
- Invoicing
- Notifications of such things as welcome, account set ups, overdue invoices, domain renewal, disk-full notices, and such like
- Support, and Sales correspondence
- Maintenance notices
- Changes or additions in service
- Newsletters
However, we do not bombard our clients.
