Answers to domain registration questions
Webanz is committed to the privacy of our clients.
We collect certain information from clients for invoicing,
administrative purposes, and for better service
to our customers. This information is stored on our
database and handled only by employees of
Webanz (including sub-contrators and external service
providers) for the fulfilling of our service to the
customer. No information collected is provided to
any third party for purpposes outside of this service. An
exception to this is where a customer asks us to
provide a service on their behalf, such as (but not
limited to) registering a domain name. Customer details
will then be supplied to and stored on that register’s
database. Please be aware, domain registry database
details are open for public viewing.
From time to time we receive inquiries for examples
of sites hosted by our service. No information
other than your site name will be provided to the individual
making the inquiry. Personal information displayed on
the client’s site is the responsibility
of the client.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that only they
or their authorized designees utilise their accounts.
Suspected
incidents of unauthorised use of a client account should
be reported immediately to our Abuse Investigations
department at abuse at Webanz dot com.
